Every year, MCHS receives dozens of donations from around the country that help further our mission of preserving and promoting Morris County history. Last month, we received a very special photo album from Colorado that captures scenes of Morristown from the the mid-1920s. Created by Mrs. Hazel Schlueter, whose husband was reverend at the Methodist church on the Green, for her newborn daughter, Alice Hazel, its pages are brimming with local landmarks that are both personal and widely recognizable, even today.
